Terms and conditions
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and me, Olga Willemsen, trading as New Empowered You (Chamber of Commerce: 74866788). By participating in my services, programs, or sessions, you acknowledge and accept these terms. 2. Definitions
I / Me / My: Olga Willemsen, offering services under the company New Empowered You.
You / Client: The individual engaging in services or programs.
Program: Any form of service offered by me, including online or in-person sessions, one-on-one or in groups, educational materials, and other information transfers.
3. Offer and Agreement Offers are made via my website, webinars, or other channels and are valid for the period stated. An agreement is established once you confirm your participation and payment is received. I commit to a best-efforts service; however, results cannot be guaranteed. In exceptional cases, part of the service may be provided by a third party. If any changes are necessary, you will be informed beforehand.
4. Payment and Refund Policy All sessions or programs must be paid in full before they begin. You will receive an invoice via email. Payment plans may be discussed individually in cases of genuine need.
You have the right to cancel your participation within 14 days of registration, provided no sessions have taken place. In this case, you will receive a full refund. After this period, or once a session has occurred, cancellation is no longer possible. If you discontinue a multi-session program, a partial refund may be granted at my discretion, based on the individual session rates listed on my website.
5. Rescheduling and Missed Appointments Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment are charged in full.
6. Services and Access You may receive digital materials or recordings during your program. These are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and working equipment for online sessions. I am not liable for missed content due to technical issues on your end.
7. Scope of Practice I am not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical professional. Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Clients are advised to continue any prescribed treatment and consult their healthcare provider when necessary.
8. Results Disclaimer While hypnotherapy has helped many people, results vary. Your commitment, willingness, and personal circumstances influence the outcome. I cannot guarantee specific results.
9. Liability I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the use of my services or programs. Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for how you use any knowledge, tools, or guidance provided. My liability only extends to cases of proven legal or contractual fault.
10. Audio Recordings You may receive personalized audio recordings. I retain full copyright over all materials. These recordings are for your exclusive use. I may create audio during or after sessions with your verbal or written consent.
11. Confidentiality and Data Protection Your personal data is handled with care. Information shared during sessions is confidential. Exceptions include situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, abuse of children or vulnerable adults, or a legal obligation to share information.
I may consult with professional colleagues to enhance your care, always keeping your identity anonymous unless you’ve given permission otherwise.
12. Legal Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes that arise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
