Subconscious Beliefs
We begin by working on your past, where you formed unconscious beliefs. Those beliefs drive unconscious behavior, which accounts for about 95% of your thinking and acting. It is important to first disarm negative and limiting beliefs that contribute to anxiety and panic attacks.
Thinking and Behavioral Patterns
After that, we work on the current habitual and unconscious ways of thinking and reacting:
- We apply hypnotherapy to create breakthroughs.
- I teach you to understand how your mind works and how you influence it.

Sustaining your recovery
At the end of the program, we create a personalized plan to help you maintain peace of mind and confidence.

- Each session lasts 1,5 to 2 hours.
- You play a central and active role in the entire process.
