What does hypnosis feel like?
Different for everyone. Most people feel deeply relaxed, some notice floating, some feel pleasantly heavy, some simply feel calm. How it feels during the session is not an indicator of how well it works. The changes often become apparent in the hours and days after.
Will I remember what happened?
Yes. Hypnosis is not sleep. You remain aware throughout and will remember the session. You can open your eyes or stop at any moment — you are always in control.
How many times should I listen?
